Saint Thomas Retirement Center in Turlock, California is owned and operated by the Sisters of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate Conception. We are open to all people of all faiths and are licensed to provide assisted living to up to 49 residents.

We have been in operation since July, 1987. The ground breaking ceremony, attended by the Patriarch of Babylon and the Chaldean Catholic Bishop of America, was held on Thanksgiving Day in 1986. The Sisters are affiliated with the Chaldean Catholic Church which is under the Patriarch of Babylon who is under the Pope in the Vatican. The Sisters also own and operate the Good Samaritan Retirement Center in El Cajon, California.

The Sisters and our staff are dedicated to providing a loving, comfortable and Christian environment of retirement living. A chapel is on site with Catholic Mass four mornings during the week. Numerous Protestant Churches are within walking and/or short driving distance for residents of other faiths.

Our website was originally launched on August 24, 2002 and was most recently revised in May, 2015.
